User Name = Your 8 Digit Payroll ID
(place zero's in front of your ID to make 8 digits E.g. 00123456)

The 'Email me my password' feature will only work if you have previously entered an email address into your LEAP profile. If you are still unable to log in, contact email leaponline@health.qld.gov.au.
